We have implemented structure models for (metastable) quasicrystal i(AlMnSi) as decorations of the "canonical cells" packing. The models were relaxed under microscopically derived pair potentials. We compared over 20 variations of the decoration rule based on Mackay Icosahedron clusters. We found a subfamily of decorations with relatively low energy, such that different tilings are nearly degenerate as in the random tiling scenario.
