摘要

This paper tries to explain the flow conditions of viscous granularity in the fling system of rethresher from the view point of granularity dynamics, and analyses the working conditions of representative S5 combine rethresher refering to the FAHR combine similar units, and presents to replace the original rethresher by the principle of fan - fling rethresher on the basis of no changing original parameters and mesurements from simulated tests and the S5 combine field tests, the new structure not only has functions of rethreshing , but also the problem that original rethresher is easy to be stopped up is solved. This paper provides scientific basis for the design of similar structure.
