Heat exchangers used in today's earthmoving, construction equipment, and forestry products applications require in-depth analysis that extends well beyond the heat rejection rate. This paper addresses additional design and application considerations that should be reviewed at the time of design inception to assure cost effective, successful application for a variety of heat exchangers.
