摘要

The present paper describes and discusses the control systems face creation procedure based on the composition of original approaches and well-known Livermore Risk Analysis Methodology. The suggested procedure consists of three principal stages ("prognosis", "estimation" and "decision making"). It allows to form the sequence of designer's operations which are necessary to obtain all project alternatives correct estimations and also to take into account the Decision Making Person's subjective opinion. A useful basis for authors original approaches development is specific interval calculations technique oriented towards the operations with interval numbers which are characterized only by the bounds of their possible change. The proposed procedure regulates the interval calculations in order to minimize the uncertainty influence on system performances estimation. So the resulting uncertainty level gives the possibility to provide the correct choice of system desirable version.
