Based on the measured height distributional data of the turbulent structure constant (C$-n$/$+2$/), this article analyses the effect of turbulent outer scale (L$-o$/) on atmospheric transverse coherence length r$-o$/ and isoplanatic angle ($theta$-o$/). The calculation result shows that r$-o$/ and $theta$-o$/ will obviously increase when limited L$-o$/ is considered. The r$-o$/ and $theta$-o$/ are much large for telescope at 2.2 $mu@m. The limit of $theta$-o$/ is likely to be several arcminutes and may possibly be even larger.
