Reasons behind the technological gap between advanced and developing countries-case study

Summary form only given. The author has considered some of the reasons behind the technological gap between advanced and developing countries. He has analyzed the data of more than 100 students who were sent to advanced countries to study and the impact they had on their country's technological development upon completion of their training. Finally, he highlights the reasons behind the widening technological gap and suggests ways to close it.
