New Technologies for Fugitive Emission Monitoring

The industries have been facing increasing pressure in emissions control.In 2015,the U.S.Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued final amendments to the petroleum refinery sector rule (RSR),which authorized new emission monitoring and control technologies as well as work practices.One promising approach is to take advantage of advanced sensors and alternative monitoring devices for emissions management.The deployment of these technologies has significantly contributed to the sustainable development of the refining and chemical industry,and these technologies have good potential to be applied in the incineration industry.
