摘要

We have introduced polarization-sensitive and non-polarization sensitive based dynamics imaging methods for microvascular tissue activity visualization of mouse liver. The proposed methods can successfully visualize the of tissue activity around the periportal region of mouse liver tissue which was highly active at initial time points. As a conclusion, by using multi-contrast dynamics imaging method, it could be feasible to visualize and to monitor changes the activity of microvascular and its surrounding tissues.
