摘要

The wavelet transform technique was used to analyze the spontaneous fluctuations in pupil size behavior measured by dynamic pupillometry. The fluctuations show a wide frequency scale and their periods varied in time. Within the frequency range studied, 0-~2 Hz, the characteristic oscillations were revealed, arising from both local and central regulatory mechanism. The study illustrates the potential of dynamic pupillometry combined with dynamical system analysis for studies of pupil dynamic mechanism.
