Determination of harmonic responsibilities under the change of background harmonic impedance

摘要

The change of background harmonic impedance caused by transformation of network structure or switching of loads reduces the accuracy of harmonic responsibilities determination. It is urgent to assess the harmonic responsibilities of customers in this case. This paper proposes a slope comparison method to segment the measurement data. The change time can be adaptively identified and the measurement data are segmented into several sections with different background harmonic impedances. Besides, the ranged major axis regression is introduced to determine the harmonic responsibility. The errors of independent variable are taken into account in the proposed regression method, so it will get higher accuracy in estimation. Furthermore, a total harmonic responsibility index is established to assess the total impact of customers. The simulations are conducted to verify the validity and correctness of the proposed method. Compared to current methods, the proposed method has higher effectiveness and accuracy.
