The radiological units in Bogotá-Colombia present working conditions that put physical and mental health at risk. Exposure to ionizing radiation in low doses and dysfunctional work environments generate environments of high physical and psychological toxicity. The study carried out an analysis of work and health conditions for an approximation to the work reality.
