摘要

The electron accelerator ELV6 is used as a heat source for the synthesis of nanoscale powders. The system for releasing the beam into the atmosphere allows vaporizing substances at atmospheric pressure, which makes it possible not only to increase the performance of removing nanoparticles from the reactor, but also allows using the carrier gas as one of the reagents in the process of particle synthesis. This paper describes the reactions that occur with the vaporized substance under conditions of high temperatures, radiation and electric fields.
