摘要

This paper presents a micropowder blasting simulation for the first time to predict processed glass microstructure with taking account of blasting micropowder size and mask erosion. The newly developed simulator was utilized cellular automaton algorithm with solid particle erosion model for three-dimensional (3-D) cell, and includes a contact calculation between micropowder and surface of the objects. 3-D simulation results were successfully verified by comparing with experimental results.
