In defining problems from complex situations, overcoming various steps in the solution process, and reaching the final problem-solving situation, the limitations of competencies possessed by some of the most prominent experts have emerged. In many cases, the principles, and concepts for problem-solving are appropriately suggested by TRIZ experts, but in the process of solving a real problem situation, various constraints exist, and large and small subsequent problems occur and are not finally solved. This paper is organized on the basis of attempted and good results in solving technical problems that have not been solved for a long time in various divisions of large Korean companies (S group). These problem-solving processes are based on TRIZ methodology and additionally, based on distributed cognitive theory, collective intelligence and its solutions have been found and good results have been made. These results show that attempting simultaneous problem solving by multiple specialists is effective in producing a faster and more viable solution, rather than relying on a few problem-solving specialists, in a complex and expanding technology system. Specifically, TRIZ-Facilitator basically analyzes the initial problem situation to form Cross-Functional Team and get management decisions. The Facilitator analyzes the problem, pre-reviews the problem-solving complexity and constraints at the execution stage, assigns the role of the team's experts at each stage, and follows the TRIZ procedure.
