摘要

In this paper we investigate different textured transparent conductive oxide (TCOs) in the context of single junction PIN amorphous silicon thin film solar cells. We have comparatively described scattering from a range of randomly textured TCOs using novel wavelength and angle resolved scattering (WARS) measurements, total and diffuse transmittance measurements and analysis of the EQE of devices. This comprehensive characterisation allows for a much greater understanding of the relative benefits of different textured TCOs to solar cell performance.
