As a higher-adult education, flight training is a tough training period for all candidates who want to be apilot. Flight instructors play a prominent part in the educational system. Additionally, instructors assessnot only the candidates' knowledge level but also the candidates' abilities in flight training period.Technical knowledge about a flight system can be learned by reading or studying on it. On the otherhand piloting abilities have to be trained by instructors.So, to improve and qualify flight-ability level flight training is categorized in 5 stages. These are; initialflight, contact flight, instrument flight, formation flight and navigation flight. A candidate's psychomotorabilities on piloting can be discovered by an experienced instructor on the initial flight phase's earlyperiod but the training and qualifying works continue. The other 4 stages are for improving the abilitiesand teaching the fundamentals of flying and being an airman.Desired learning levels differ from one to another. A jet pilot's training requires a discrepant approachrather than a lifter pilot to be used as unmanned aircraft vehicles' pilots. Herein, Unmanned AircraftVehicle (UAV)'s pilots' education needs having to be explained by the educators, according to the airoperational environment. Instructors and operators are supposed to specify the non-customaryproperties. The UAVs pilots' educational method and the training system have to be different fromwell-known ones.This paper tries to explain an educational method in flight training phase, in the framework of a famousairman John Boyd's OODA (Observe-Orient-Decide-Act) Loop. The training phases focus on theUAVs pilots' education as a case study.
