摘要

Computerized retirement management system is a research work that provides the automation of themanual system of retirement process in an organization. It is a fast and effective means of evaluatingthe operation of employees working in an organization. This system will automatically perform theretirement process once the necessary conditions are met. In order to accomplish the proposedsystem for retirement, the following methodologies were adopted: Establishment of the theoreticalfoundation for the research work through considerable review of different range of works in personnelmanagement and also developing a decision support system for the proposed system.This researchwork would be of great benefit to organization and employers in the sense that this project will enablethe institution to know when to recruit another employee once the date for older employee retirementis known and also the employee will know when he/she will retire.
