Streptococcus in Toto: A species-specific comparative analysis website prototype

The Streptococcus in Toto website is a recent addition to the Oralgen website (http://oralgen.lanl.gov). While it is specific to comparative0020genomics for Streptococcus, its design is flexible to support other groups of closely-related organisms. They would not be integrated into the same website, rather the source code could be re-used to build ga unique website to compare multiple strains of other species.
