Threats to information systems security are growing rapidly, putting pressure on businesses to protect their tangible and intangible assets [2]. A primary concern is that many attacks involve secret manner access to information resources, and organizations are often unaware of unauthorized access to their information systems [3].The organizations search for better secure authentication and identification methods for user access, e-commerce, and other security applications within their organization [13]. In recent years, biometric-based authentications and identification systems have become more widespread and have been considered for security applications [24]. This paper investigates the impact of biometrics systems effectiveness within organization and to develop a pragmatic model to measure the effectiveness of the biometrics systems within organizations.
