摘要

The conditions for casting ingots with lotus type through holes by a proposed core-bar pulling method were investigated. The impact of a hammer on a metal die effectively improved infiltration of molten metal into the space between the core bars. Prolonged rotation of the core bars lowered the temperature at which the bars could be pulled out.
