In this research, CMC (Carboxymethyl cellulose) solution was stirred in simple triangular rotor and the temperature field of the solution was measured at stirring speeds of 5, 10, 15 and 20 RPM. In order to measure the temperature field, LIF (Laser Induced Fluorescence) was used. Results showed a characteristic temperature field formed at the triangle edge and the position of the field was different for each stirring speed.
