with the continuous improvement of our country's law, the criminal procedure law is also in constant modification and improvement. For this reason, this paper will first explain the characteristics and principles of the criminal procedure law of our country, and summarize the problems that the criminal procedure law is modified to try to solve, and finally summarize the means to improve it.
