The problem of high-octane and environmentally clean motor fuel production has not been finally solved. The latter relates to the fact that it is required to receive fuels with high content of branched isoalkane hydrocarbons with research octane numbers close to 100, with content of alkyl aromatic compounds less than 16-18 wt.% at the content of benzene in gasoline of 0.05-0.1 wt.% while gasoline RON being 92-98. All next decades demand for gasoline of similar quality will only increase because its full replacement by hydrogen fuel in vast territories of Eastern Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Southeast Asia seems difficult.
