In this paper the structure of industrial platform for condition monitoring is described as well as the idea of computational intelligence methods application. The platform utilizes tool set for rapid prototyping of intelligent condition monitoring systems and advanced computational intelligence methods for novelty detection as well as multiclass classification. As an example, CNC milling tool head mechanical imbalance prediction system developed with the use of deep learning is described.
