L shell and Li subshells ionization cross sections [σ_L and σ_(Li) i = 1, 2, 3 following electron impact on (Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni) atoms calculated. By using Lotz' equation for non-relativistic cases in Matlab σ_L and σ_(Li) cross section values obtained for ten electron impact(E_o) values in the range of E_(Li)
