Commissioning and Start-Up of Greenfield Ammonia and Urea Complex is vast multidisciplinary project,which requires special expertise from Project Management Team(PMT).To ensure safe and successful commissioning and Start-Up of the plants,PMT must secure that multiple work areas are done professionally.Typical critical subjects related to the PMT work is management of Health,Safety and Environment(HSE),Design Reviews,Mechanical Completion,Quality Management,Pre Start-Up Safety Review,Operations Team training,Start-Up procedures and Scheduling.In addition to the technical subjects,PMT must understand the terms and conditions of the EPC Contract in details,to ensure that the financial aspects of the Project go according to the Project budget.
