A Heuristic Control Method for Heating System

In view of the deficiencies in current technology to control a material temperature before its state changes, a new control system design is needed. The goal of this system would be to realize material temperature control in various environments, making the temperature control as accurate as possible and reducing deviation from the target temperature. In this paper, we present the process of building this control system and the reasons we choose three algorithms: BBC (Bang-Bang Control), DDC (Discrete Derivative Control) and Incremental PID Control. We also simulate the method and prove its advantages. This control system looks for the control threshold according to the temperature change characteristics of the heated material. It then controls the temperature to achieve target stabilization using the Incremental PID Control Algorithm.
