基于PID的蒸汽加热系统的控制方法

介绍了一种应用于蒸汽加热系统中基于PID运算的控制方法,在实际应用中,合理设置比例带及相关参数,能达到快速升温及减少蒸汽的加热惯性、防止超调的目的,对于减少温度波动有重大作用。%A control method based on PID applied in steam heating system is introduced. In practical application, through rational setting up ratio belt and parameter, the steam inertia can be decreased and restrain the overshoot. The temperature fluctuation can also be decreased.
