Using of methods of speckle optics for Chlamydia trachomatis typing

Specific method of transformation of nucleotide of gene into speckle pattern is suggested. Reference speckle pattern of ompl gene of typical wild strains of Chlamydia trachomatis of genovars D, E, F, G, J and K and Chlamydia psittaci as well is generated. Perspectives of proposed technique in the gene identification and detection of natural genetic mutations as single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) are demonstrated.
