Negative influence of underground constructions on mental health of the person

摘要

The underground construction around the world develops prompt rates. It solves the main problems of overpopulation of the cities: big traffic jams, bad ecology, sharply decreasing areas of the natural environment, fast decrease of energy resources. Hidden under the earth automobile and the railroads, warehouses, technical rooms, shops make room on a surface for creation of more comfortable living conditions of people. But these people are forced to go down daily under the earth to use all what was hidden there. Stay underground for many people is dangerous. In them there are various phobias which negatively influence mental health, working ability and an opportunity completely to live in society, appear and become worsened. In article the mental disorders arising when finding the person underground in underground constructions of different function are described. Ways and examples of decrease in psychological discomfort from stay underground by means of architectural and planning and design decisions are shown.
