Development of methods and equipment for bellows assemblies testing under hydrostatic pressure

摘要

The paper presents a newbellows assemblies test method for stop and safety valves. To create the real conditions it is suggested testingunder external hydrostatic pressure, which is available in the piping system. A designed test apparatus allows testing of the bellows under the effect of external hydrostatic pressure.The paper describes the design of theapparatus, its specifications and the test procedures.
