Knowledge of the inverse quality factor Q~(-1) that addresses intrinsic attenuation in the media is of a great interest for rock characterization, but its estimation from a seismic dataset is usually biased. Internal multiples appear to be one of the significant sources of this bias. We propose an algorithm of a nonlinear ZVSP full-wave Q-inversion that takes into account all primaries and internal multiples. Some preliminary results of its application are shown.
