Resolving Liquid Measurement Differences

To measure is to estimate the relative amount of something by comparison with some standard. For measurement of liquid petroleum products in the US, the comparisons are set by a standard issued by the API's Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards (MPMS). These measurement techniques should be implemented along with any company standards that further enhance the industry's guidelines.
