In this paper, teletraffic characteristics of a two dimensional cellular system using direct communication considering mobility and density of terminals are analyzed. The mobility of terminals is an important factor, because mobility shortens the length of time during which terminals are directly connected. The density of terminals is also an important facter. The performance improvement by direct communication has been expected in the case that terminals are relatively near each other. We used Manhattan mode for mobility model in the cell. We considered the model that there is special area where the probability that terminals tend to move toward a specific point is greater than the probability that they move toward other points. The purposed model was confirmed to have the performance improvement from the simulation results.
