The problem of ~3He shortage can be solved by cryogenics by means of commodity helium, which is a natural mixture of ~4He-~3He isotopes. The structural scheme of a laboratory unit with description of the work process and parameters is given. An industrial technology, consisting of three stages: filtration, rectification and sorbtion, is written about. The enrichment ratio selection method, according to adjacent technological stages of ~3He production from the commodity helium, on an assumption of ensuring minimum specific energy costs for thermostating, is given.
