摘要

The block method is applied to solve systems of stiff nonlinear differential equations. A new strategy called Componentwise Block Partitioning is used to separate stiff and non stiff equations. The effect of perturbation on each equation is used to partition the system. A nonlinear example is given to illustrate the accuracy and effectiveness of this strategy. The comparison with existing method reveals that this partitioning strategy can be an alternative method to solve nonlinear equations.
