摘要

The equipment will product break down if only stress exceeds strength according to the SSI model. But, Traditional SSI model is not involved in strength degradation. This paper brings in the characteristics of Poisson Process. At first, reliability computing model of equipment of which strengths are invariable, and stress are inputted discretely is established. Then, reliability computing model of equipment of which strengths are random but no degradation over time is established, the function of reliability against time is gained. At last, we will establish the computing model when the strength follows the linear degradation.
