摘要

For petrochemical facility with high fire and explosion risk, the paper proposes a new optimal design solution of F&G that belongs to safety instrumented systems (SIS), and the proposed solution is explored from both system design and detectors layout sides. The integrated F&G of petrochemical industry can reduce management and maintenance costs; whilst the optimized layout of detectors can strengthen the prevention of fire and explosion accidents by improving the F&G coverage rates and thus has a strong impact on safety, environment or business of petrochemical industry. This advanced technical scheme will reduce the serious consequences of accidents and make people take emergency responses measures in time. The optimal design caters to the modern concept of win-win and the demand of production safety and economic benefits.
