摘要

The results of "ball on disc" tests for determination of the friction coefficient under the specific conditions of low and high vacuum are presented. Advanced nanocomposite coating CrN/DLC2 was deposited by plasma assisted chemical vapour deposition PACVD on AISI 304 (STN 41 7241) stainless steel plates. Friction pairs - composed from coating surface and Al_2O_3 ball examined under low vacuum reached during the tribological tests significant lower friction coefficient values than those worked under atmospheric conditions.
