Bridging Chemical Engineering(Risk Based Process safety)to the Humanities-7 Mega Elements'Approach(Protocol)of Accident Investigation In Light of Ethical Dimension,Architecture Epistemology

In this paper,facing the challenges of Incident Investigation,actually whole CCPS 4th Pillar"Learn from Experience",chemical engineers'(process safety practitioners')brand new vocabulary(7 Mega Elements'narrative on failure diagnosis)would be presented in context of bridging chemical engineering(RBPS)to the Humanities,of which 3 core topics i.e.ethical dimension,architecture and epistemology would be explored and reflected upon so that a new era of RBPS diagnosis(Learn from Experience)predicted.
