Research on Analysis of Abnormal Emission Sources in Petrochemical Enterprises

As we all know,petrochemical enterprises are the important pillar of our national economy,but the petrochemical enterprises also belong to the high pollution industry.The abnormal emission is one of the important sources of pollutant emissions in petrochemical enterprises,especially during startup,shutdown and maintenance,petrochemical plants will emit large quantities of waste gas due to process vessel depressurization,purging and venting,which includes both the uncontrolled emission and the organizing was gas that cause serious damage the atmospheric environment in our country.However,there are few researches on petrochemical enterprises under abnormal working situation and the relevant laws and necessary conditions are imperfect.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to analyze abnormal emission sources of petrochemical enterprises.In view of the above problems,this article reviewed the relevant literature at home and abroad and determined the concept of abnormal emission through a comprehensive comparison of the existing standards between China and the United States.It also summarized and classified the types of pollutants of abnormal emission in petrochemical enterprises,and then introduced the environmental hazards caused by the pollutants.It summarized abnormal emission sources in petrochemical enterprises through an analysis of operating procedures for abnormal situation,and then determined the pollution source strength.Finally,it gave thought to the management and control of the emission source of the petrochemical enterprises in the abnormal situation and put forward some reasonable suggestions.
