HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND THE INFLUENCE OF OPTIMAL CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM TECHNOLOGIES IN TOOLS AND MOULD MAKING INDUSTRY

In this paper we study the evolution of training and development of human resources (industrial training, technology training, management development, performance improvement and organizational change) for tool and mould making industry in the design and manufacturing sector. A variety of new advanced technologies for mould making is available at this moment. Different companies will choose distinctive array of technologies (such as CAD/CAM/CAE or PLM systems), diverse machine tools, cutting tools and other fixtures and devices. But the main factor of the environment faced by a design and making mould company who determine the end results and the economic performance is the human resource.
