摘要

This paper presents a new designing method of manufacturing systems destined to mass production. In its first stage, the method presumes to identify a main parameter differentiating products, parameter which has to be relevant from the technological point of view. On grounds of the sizes and product quantities to be manufactured, a reference product (representative or fictive one) and a reference quantity to be used in designing shall be determined. The paper offers both the solution of obtaining such parameters and the method's application limits and conditions. Especially references to a mono-object product variant, consisting in several type-sizes of items are presented. This method is applicable also to complex products, consisting in more components, the designing effort being reduced considerable.
