STRONGLY MANIFESTED HUMAN ROLE IN FUNCTIONING OF BUSINESS SYSTEMS UNDER RECESSION

摘要

The period of a global economic underdevelopment that we have been witnessing during the last year, leaves its mark on most of the world national economies. The crisis, which occurs once in a decade in such a depth, scope, and duration as its key features, brought many economies to their knees. We believe that a role of humans as a key factor of functioning of any business system is again the only recognized means for fighting the recession. Recession can be controlled only by coordinated activities at a global and national level and at a level of business-systems that comprise a national economy. A continuous process of changes within a business system can be successful only if humans are brought to the center stage, as a starting point in the chain of structure and strategy, as a basis for recognizability of business systems.
