CODING A LIBRARY FOR THE CREATION OF AUDIO AND VIDEO STREAM FILES FOR THE INTERNET USING OPEN SOURCE PROJECTS

摘要

This paper is set to describe what tools are necessary and how it can be developed a library for the creation of audio and video stream files for the internet. The solution contained here-in was developed for a sharing application included in the e-learning platform of VET TREND, Leonardo da Vinci project. The paper includes the architecture of this library and explains how the FLV files are created.
