ISSUES REGARDING DIGITAL SIGNATURE INFRASTRUCTURE AND DIGITAL CERTIFICATE MANAGEMENT

摘要

The paper presents an original systematization of main elements of digital signature infrastructure, and some aspects regarding the management of digital certificates, highlighted by practical experience of authors in implementing of digital signature in Romania, in hospitals and in territorial work inspectorates from several counties. The goal of the paper is to clarify some problems concerning the digital certificates, server certificates, certification authorities, respectively regarding registration in order to obtain a digital certificate, certificate issuing, certificate searching and digital certificate renewal and revocation.
