摘要

The paper presents calibration models for an automated real-time online analysis of process data by multivariate statistics in the manufacturing of hard boards. It is shown, that chemical and morphological information from intermediates and final products can simultaneously be observed by a continuous and automated measurement of more than 500 different process variables. These data can also be used to monitor and control in real time the quality of mass production of wood based panels.
