摘要

This paper deals with the calculation of the energy performance for a house built in the city of Bacau, Romania. The house, which contains two living areas (Living room and Bedroom) and some other dependencies (bathroom, kitchen, technical area, the porch and the windfang), is conceived to be a low-consumption building, with strong thermal insulation of the envelope. In addition, the house is provided with an energy recovery system from the ventilation air, with solar panels for domestic hot water (DHW) preparation and with PV panels for electricity production. As it will be shown, the total energy production from renewable energy sources overcomes the total energy consumption for building services and this house could be labelled as a "positive-energy house".
