XMCD of Fe L_(2,3)-edge and EXAFS of Fe and Cr K-edge measurements were carried out for Fe/Cr multilayer films which were deposited with several conditions. Magnetic moment of Fe was weakly depending on the film thickness. Relation between the disorder of the local structure and the coercivity was investigated. From EXAFS Debye-Waller analysis, it was found that the thinner films show the smaller Debye-Waller factor, or the more stable local structure. The stable local structure presents large coercivity.
