Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSv) continues to be a health and economic challenge to the United States swine industry. A simple technique for monitoring PRRSv in challenged populations is pen-based oral fluid (OF) sampling.1The purpose of this study is to determine if ELISA s/p values from OF can be used as a screening method to determine potential exposure to wild type field PRRSv in a population of pigs vaccinated with a PRRS modified live virus vaccine (Ingelvac~R PRRS MLV).2
